PART III PART I of this text discussed the evolution and general characteristics of
legal systems. PART II discussed the formation, interpretation and enforcement
of contracts which are agreed to between two parties. While multi-party
contracts are briefly discussed, such are noted to be construed strictly in
accordance with the terms of such contracts. However, whenever two or more
individuals collaborate to work together for some common goal, there are some
aspects of their behavior that are subject to the rules of the larger community.
More importantly, they must be aware of how the larger community will view their
endeavor. |
