PART IV

PART IV continues the discussion of how individuals in a community must relate to each other. Whether such individuals have met and agreed to a course of conduct (by contract,) or are thrown together without the benefit of mutual agreement, or never meet at all and yet the acts of one have an influence upon the other, society requires a code of conduct to regulate these relationships. This is the law of torts.
